How to Test via Phone Call
Get a phone number
Purchase a UponAI phone number from the Phone Numbers tab in your dashboard. See the quickstart guide for setup steps.
Make the call
Inbound test: dial your purchased number from any phone.Outbound test: from the dashboard, click Make an outbound call and enter a destination number with country code (e.g.,
+12137774445).Phone call testing incurs standard call charges. Use LLM Playground or Simulation Testing for free text-based testing during development.
