Common Issues and Solutions

1. Wrong transcript for special words or domain-specific terms If specific words (e.g. product names, medical terminology) are missing or wrong in transcripts:
  • Use Boosted Keywords — add custom keywords to enhance the model’s vocabulary (up to 100 keywords)
2. Transcription errors due to background noise
  • Adjust the Denoising Mode setting in your agent configuration
3. Sentences being cut off prematurely If the transcription finalizes a sentence before the user has finished speaking:
  • Enable Transcription Mode optimized for accuracy
